Guide for authors

The materials to be published are sent to vestnikvsgutu@mail.ru and should include:


Article

Scanning of expert opinion on the possibility of open publication of materials;

Scanning of authors' consent to transfer the right to publish the manuscript in the scientific journal (Consent);

Recommended structure of the article: introduction, purpose of research, material and methods of research, results of research and their discussion, conclusions, list of literature.

The article is presented in the form of a file in the electronic (no virus) and printed format *.doc. The volume of the article should not exceed 8 full pages (including tables, drawings and the list of literature) in the format of MSWORD 6.0/95, MSWORD 97, MSWORD 2000 (font Times New Roman, 12 pt. at one interval, margins: upper - 2 cm, left - 2 cm, right - 2 cm, lower - 2 cm, orientation - book, word wrapping automatic). At the beginning of the article it is necessary to specify the section in which the article should be placed, and information about the authors, including the name, first name, patronymic, academic degree, academic title, name of organization, e-mail, fax (if any)the index of the article on the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC), the title and brief annotation (100 words) of the article, keywords (6...8 words). The title of the article, names and initials of the authors, annotation, keywords, as well as the list of quoted literature (bibliography) are also given in English.

The text of the article should be summarized, carefully edited and signed by all authors.


All formulas, including individual variables mentioned in the text, must be typed in the formula editor Microsoft Equation or Math Type. Formulae typing is not allowed in text mode or using a character set.

Microsoft Equation or Math Type parameters should be as follows:

Style: text – Times New Roman, straight; functions – Times New Roman, slant; variable –Times New Roman, slant; Greek letters - Symbol, slant; symbols - Symbol, straight; numbers –Times New Roman, straight.

Dimensions: normal - 12 pt, large index - 10 pt, small index - 8 pt, large character - 16 pt, small character - 12 pt.

The horizontal size of the formulae should not exceed 130 mm, the long formulae should necessarily be divided into blocks. It is not recommended to use «multi-storey» indices. The formulas are to be placed in the center, the formula number is placed at the right edge, for example:

Drawings (no more than 140 mm wide) should be submitted in the electronic version, both scanned and made on the computer black-and-white and color drawings are accepted. MSWord graphics can be used to execute drawings. The inscriptions and symbols on the drawings must be in the same font as those of Times New It is recommended to follow the international system of SI units when selecting the units of measurement (in rare cases, the GHS system is allowed to be converted to SI).


The bibliography appears at the end of the article and is included in the total. References to quoted literature are given in square brackets, for example [1]. The list of literature does not include unpublished works, handbooks, regulatory and technical documentation (if necessary, reference can be made during the text in parentheses).

At least 50% of the sources from the bibliography must be published in periodicals within the last 10 years. It is not recommended to use scientific literature older than 20 years and more than three internet sources. It is recommended that references to scientific works by foreign authors be included in the text of the article. Roman 11pt. Do not insert captions in the picture.

When compiling a bibliography (in Russian or foreign languages), it is mandatory to specify the following data:


for books - name and initials of the author, full title of the book, place of publication, publishing house, year of publication, volume or issue and total number of pages;


for articles in periodicals - the name and initials of the author, the title of the article, the full title of the journal (collection), the year of publication (for the collection - also the place of publication), volume, issue (issue), first and last page of the article;


for articles in non-recurrent editions (books) - name and initials of the author, title of the article, full title of the book (collection), place of publication, publishing house, year of publication, first and last pages of the article;


for abstracts and texts of reports at conferences (seminars, symposiums) - name and initials of the author, title of the report, full title of the collection of abstracts or proceedings of the conference, date and place of the conference, volume, issue (issue)the first and last pages of the abstracts or text of the report;


for patents and copyrights - the type of patent document, its number, the name of the country that issued the document, the ICR index, the name of the invention, the authors, the date of submission of the application, the date of publication and the information on the official publication, where information about the patent document was published, priority information;

The selection, editing and review of published articles are done by the editorial board and leading scientists. The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet these requirements.
